The customer service was great. However, My order took over 3 weeks to process and receive. When I did get them finally, the print on my chips is very small. Detail was lost in the logo. Outlines of color font show up very well.
They look great but the order was missing two chips and I still have not received them. Bill
Chips were not oriented properly.
The colors on the design were horribly mismatched, what was supposed to be a vibrant colorful design looked like the charred lung of a pack-a-day smoker. When ordering I was led to believe that someone would be reviewing the designs before going to production...if there was going to be a problem matching the colors I expected to be given the opportunity to upload another option rather than just printing the bad design. The quality of the chip itself was just what I was looking for and the design w/ fewer colors came out great (which is what earned the 2nd star). Pretty bummed, was hoping to give these out at a music festival in a few weeks.
placement of images on one side is slightly off center so some text hidden and white showing on the other side. looks cheap. disappointed.

A little disappointed in what I received
per the online proof, I expected better type quality, especially in the reverse type. Images not great, but I do like the chip itself
The text I had printed onto the chip was covered in air bubbles and the printed color tabs on the chip edges were off center. The chip itself was solid.
Print was significantly smaller on chip than the site led on. Not Happy about it
Quick delivery, poor print quality. My logo came out blurry.

Chips are nice. However, i asked for a mahagony case and was sent an oak case... not as nice
The company illegally sent me a substitute good (different chip) on a custom goods order. I had spent substantial time in getting the symmetric look I wanted only to have it messed up by them. SJackson
One of the chip sizes was missing.
The chips were fine but the cost is excessive compared to other companies who sent samples free of charge.
The factory called me a few days before Christmas and told me my order had fallen to the end of the queue and wanted to know if I needed the 300pcs custom set by Christmas. I said I did and they expedited shipping which was very nice but when I received the product some of the images were off center and there was a large scratch on top of the mahogany case. Kind of a shame cause I know I can get the same thing for cheaper off Alibaba.
Not what I expected
I was disappointed in the feel of my chips. They didn't match my expectation when I was using the custom design tool. I was hoping for something elegant and professional but the chips seem cheap and almost childish. It could be the solid border choice, which was my decision. But seeing them on the design app didn't give me a good indication of what they'd feel like in my hand. Instant disappointment.
I'm impressed with the quality of the chip and color match of the logo. But, the logo wasn't centered as well as I would've liked on the chip despite my efforts and confirmation when uploading the custom artwork. I'll give you one more chance next year as I want to create a full set, but I am slightly disappointed here at the start.
