Bought 25 custom chips. 13 came out alright, 10 came back perfect and 2 had pretty big defects. Overall I only needed a handful so it worked out but for $1 per coin it’d be nice to have all $25 perfect

I’ve made orders in the past and have always been pleased, this last set had a lot of smudges and look a bit off, I need them so I have to use them as they are just hope the next set I get is back to great!

This is the second time I have ordered from chiplab. Both times the shipping has been slower that advertised. The quality of print on the most recent order didn't meet expectations. Not a big deal for my purposes but could have been better.

Took way too long for what is essentially sticker printing. For the price, print quality was below average. Too dark (wouldn’t hurt to maybe print a sample chip first for 80 cents) and streaky, like they were trying to save money on ink.

The product came out great. The product was a few days later than the quoted day of delivery. After contacting customer service, they addressed the issue quickly and effectively.

Case is solid and very
Case is solid and very nice but it arrived with a broken divider inside. I was able to repair it using my home workshop or else I would have sent the whole thing back. The case would have received five stars if not for having arrived damaged on the inside.

Customized lettering is blurry and a bit hard to read. Extremely disappointed when I opened them that they were not as clear as I had hoped. Chips themselves are quality. Decided just to live with the blurry lettering because the dollar amounts were not blurry and they’re what really matter.

I expected the print would be directly on the chip. Instead it was on a sticker then stuck on chip.

I am not sure if
I am not sure if the product sent was the exact same for any of the products upon ordering or if some of the higher end samples are just to visualize the design. However, I was left unsure because I wanted to see and compare the quality of the true clay chips but it seemed the samples were all made of the same hard plastic.

The printing on the front
The printing on the front is not very clear and kind of small.

The chip quality was very nice, but the printing was average and our logo didn't pop like it did in the online mock-up. could have been worse, but could have been better. Don't think I will buy again.
