quality was wonderful, I wish there was a cheaper option as I use mine as a "give away" like a business card and these can get costly to just hand out. as the product goes they are absolutely fabulous!

The chips are of great quality, the only issue I had was there were some scratches and dent's on arrival in the chips.

Very pleased with the quality of the chip and overall design. Unfortunately, the border colors got mixed up. Order was for a Yellow border for the "One Free Beer" and a Blue border for the "Good for one free drink". I recieved the opposite.

It was great to feel
It was great to feel the poker ships and see the various designs. The package was shipped quickly as well. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the adhesive on the chips samples is not very strong, when I opened up the package, all the chips had come lose from their specified spots. I would think it would be easy for most to figure out which goes where, BUT... for some people this would not be true. I did place a large order after seeing their sample pack and looking forward to the final results.

I love the chips. Good feel and they were exactly as designed and ordered. I got the chips in less than a week which was better than expected. The only negative is that there were several chips where the inlay was not set to true center. I would still highly recommend and will order more from chiplab.

Overall very pleased. Only complaint is the photo of the trophy in the middle is not real clear. Could have been contrasted better for a sharper image.

I think Chiplab is great. The creator is easy to use and they come very quickly. Price is reasonable. The quality is ok, but it gets the job done.

The initial order had to be redone, as the graphic was not centered on either the face and back of the chip. The off-center graphic, resulted in some of the text being cut off. The second run was better. The graphic on the face of the chip was corrected, but the back graphic was still not centered. We decided that the chips looked good enough.

A little disappointed in the brightness and clarity of the chip. What looked bright and clear on the computer was a little misleading. Wish you could order 1 as a sample. Good product, fast shipping . Will order again with needed changes. Thanks

Chips are good. Printing looks great on them. Communications with customer service is spot on! I had one billing/website issue, and while it was never solved, the communications with the company were very good - they always got back to me. (Wish they had ceramic chips that could print out to the edge and on the sides - that would really be a "wow" factor!). I will definitely order from them again!

The quality of the chip was much better than expected. My only issue is that several of the chips had the decal on both sides cut improperly so some white was showing on the outside edge that was supposed to be dark. I think if the bleed line was increased during printing it would eliminate this from happening.
