The chips were great. But I bought the same amount last year and for one, last year I was able to pick the quantity that I wanted (50) this year had to choose 25 and then up the quatity when I went to my cart. I also notice pretty good jump in price compared to last year. Last year I paid $84.00 this year without the black friday discount I would have had to pay close to $106.00. That is over a $20 jump. Unfortunately I will probably have to find another company to make my chips next year. It's very unfortunate because I was very happy with the company but I can't continue to buy with price spikes like this.
There is no quality control. The chips received were printed of set. I contacted the chiplab to correct the problem, but I have only received one email response. No update on the second printing, when the order will be complete or mailed. Customer service is poor in that regard.

Chiplab, shortly after I used my credit card on your site, it was stolen. I know it might not be your fault but it made me nervous about the purchase. It took over a week for you to mail my chips, and I had to contact you in order to get updates. You gave me the wrong tracking number and for a couple of weeks I thought my chips where not going to come at all. I was relieved to finally get them but it was a day after my event. The chips look good. Your customer service was very friendly. Thank you.
Chips had a plastic feel about it. The outer rim of the chip looks like a cheap model car sticker was wrapped around it. The logo printing looks great. Couldn't recommend this to friends though and I'm not excited about giving this as a gift for the friend I bought it for.
Most of the chips were very similar and they came with no written explanation. It did give me an idea of the chips weight and material but overall the sample could be better.
