Fonts and logo didn’t come out as clean as expected. I take responsibility for that and submitted new logo with larger image and font. Great product and very affordable

I’m still waiting on the corrected order. The first order was not correct but was making corrections and shipping the new ones. I have not heard back in about a week. ???????

The lettering wears off rather easy. I carried two chips in my pocket for two days, and lettering wore down considerably to not being to see a couple of letters.

The poker chips all had
The poker chips all had a nice feel, however the printing is not done on the actual chip itself. Instead, the printing is done on some quality material that is then glued to the poker chip. There was a slight overspread of glue that was visible on the outside edges of the printed area on nearly all of the chips. It was for this reason that I could not rate the poker chips higher, and also why I ended up going a different route for my project. A shame really. Other than that issue, the chips look really nice.

I actually haven't received them yet. I received the case but the chips are hung up somewhere in shipping....I know this isn't your fault but I'm so disappointed...

Deliver was about 20 days later than projected and design and proof gave a false sense of clarity but overall a good choice for a smaller size challenge chip

The customer service was wonderful. The website made the chips easy to design. I was a little disappointed in the actual chips since the design in the middle was so tiny you can hardly see it. It looked much, much bigger on the chip preview when I was designing the chips. My fault for not ordering some samples first.

The red color of the sticker is off from the red color of the chip. I would have hoped that the quality assurance check would have corrected this discrepancy.

Decent set of chips. I wanted to have the case also logo'd, but even with the option available. It didn't happen. I wasn't charged for it either, but when I contacted customer service they said that the option wasn't available on custom sets. Seems odd as a custom set would be, I don't know, custom? Some of the outer chips in each batch were marked up too. Nothing major, but a bad first impression.

Designing & building your poker chip using the provided online Chiplab software can be misleading especially in reference to Printed Text to be shown on the completed poker chip. The Printed Text appears larger and bolder on the sample online. When the completed chips arrive the printed text looks smaller and not bold at all. Very disappointing!

Recommend, in bold print, that the buyer is responsible for insuring the lettering and logo are centered. I tried multiple times utilizing your software to center the wording within the chip. I was able to get it close to center but I hoped you would have QC the chip and corrected the problem prior to production.

I could have not read the fine print, but while the chips are clay and substantial, the "imprint" is simply a sticker. The text printed could be more clear (its a bit fuzzy) and its a bit small. A bit misleading, given the set-up process online.

I made chips with our squadron logo and oath of enlistment to give as gifts when I re-enlist members. The text printing is lower quality than i would have liked, but the images look decent. Art/text near edges may get cut off, give yourself a little extra room. Overall a positive experience at a decent price but not 'premium'. I will buy again when I run out.
