They are terrible. You can’t even fit the proper size chips in them. I honestly have no idea how they could sell them. I will be returning them immediately.

I was disappointed all around. These are too heavily weighted—heavier does not mean better. Also, the 40mm diameter is too big, and makes them feel different from classic poker chips, which are 39mm. The color and exterior finish are nice, but due to the size and weight, the chips shuffle poorly. Also, I am not sure what makes these “clay” as opposed to some composite. Lastly, I was sent plain samples instead of the gem samples ordered. All in all, a big letdown; I had fully designed a complete cash set, but will never use the designs.

I actually didn’t receive the Mahogany case, I ordered it and wound up with the silver metal case. I would have prefered the Mahogany case. However, the silver metal case is very, very nice. If I knew I was getting this case I would have changed the design a bit. The chips I to put in the case came out amazing. A whole lot of compliments.

I placed my order as a gift, I was called by Chiplab and told they were out of the chip I ordered and could they sub it out. I agreed as long as it would not hold up my order. They did not ship my order out on time, in fact I called the day it was to be delivered to my father only to find out it had never been made. Needed it there by that day for his poker party. Was told it would go right out and still it took a few days for it to be sent. Did they offer to rush the order and upgraded the shipping? Nope. In fact it took even longer.

My order was not correct and was told they would be re-done and when to expect them. It's 3 days past that time and I still don't have them or even a shipment notification.

I am very disappointed with the way my order went, the deal that was offered to me was never honored, the length of time was ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to any of my fellow poker players.

The inlay scratched right off as soon as it came out of the mailer. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

1/2 of my chips look smeared. When I called to complain they asked me to individually count out of 500 chips how many were smeared... they told me I could send them back and they would re-print. I really just want some money back considering I don't have time to wait for new chips.

I ordered this product in NOVEMBER for Christmas. Here we are less than a week away, I haven't even received a confirmation that it has shipped, or a tracking number. Very dissapointed.

the fronts of the chips look great the backs of the chips you cant make out the dates and the writing at all and considering these are a 5th anniversary commerative thats just not good at all.. when i made them up on the page everything looked perfect and legible.. NOT happy at all

My order was to have shipped Fed Ex ground on June 15th, it is now June 24th and my chips have not arrived, no on answers the telephone when you call and no on responds to emails.

My order was lost in the process somewhere and we didn’t have the chips for the event we needed them for. Now we have to pay to ship out the awards we’re using the custom chips for. Very unhappy.
