I like the quality of the chip. I thought that the logo would be printed on. Instead, it’s a sticker. And the printing ink bled somewhat so the images are not at sharp.

I would have liked the chip a little darker, it was dark on the proof, but it is light on the chip.

The customer service was great. The design on the chip was dull. So my design didn’t match the color of the blue in the chip. The proof was a lot better looking.

The first order I made, I though I chose royal blue for the lettering on the back of my chip, but it came to me purple. I reached out and the problem was addressed. However, the color on the lettering is still not exactly what I want and now my logo oh the front of the chip if off center for some reason. Customer service was good, but the product did not turn out how I wanted it to.

Fast shipping and decent quality product for the price, but the image is off center on both sides creating a visible white gap and the red outside border i designed is completely missing. Would have been nice to have someone reach out and help me adjust my image if the red border was going to be an issue. Also some color bleeding into white space as if the chips were stacked and placed in the box while still wet from printing. I ordered the minimum so I understand my order was probably not the biggest priority to them. Oh well

For some reason I expected the finishing to be smoother and the chip sound as they get stacked to have less treble. The feel is coarse. A little disappointed. On the plus side very efficient supply chain and would recommend it to anyone who wants chips created and delivered fast.

The gold colour I requested, is more yellow and the placement of the logo isn't consistent, center in places and of center on other chips

I love the chips, but I did not realize the image would be a sticker. Perhaps I missed that in the description.

Many of the images are slightly off center revealing a sliver of black or white crescent shaped border beneath the upper image

not impressed. the customized piece is just a sticker. looks cheap. selection for the higher-quality clay chips was poor, so i had to go with the composite chips.

Part of the print was missing on all of the chips in the same place. When I asked about it they said they could not do the smaller print.(the other small print is fine btw) But they could change it. Kinda bummed they didnt tell me that they were all gonna be that way before. Oh well. Live and learn I guess.

The chip were well produced . Howwever very slow to be put into production. I used fonts that were not distinct enough, and too small. The image was good. I would like to see the option to upload an image that filled the chip without the traditional bezel and to selectlarger chip sizes, as your competitors offer up to 2" and 2.5" chips. Chiplab beats its competitors when it comes to small batches, which is why I went with chiplab in the first place. Good service that could be great with a few tweeks. Thankks.

Nice product, but I did not realize it would be a sticker placed on the chip. I was hoping it would be printed right on the chip like others I have seen.
