Chips are too expensive. Shipping took way longer than I was told. 3-5 days for creating, processing and ships after? More like 2 weeks. I wish I could get a refund.

The product was send incomplete and they stated that I would need to call back to get a refund. Not sure why they couldn't just credit.

The black on the graphic is glossy and the black on the chip is matte. Looks very cheap and I am very disappointed.

They discontinued half of the chips in the sample 2 weeks later. I was, of course, interested in the soon-to-be discontinued ceramic chips. It would have been nice to be told I was getting old, useless stock. I wasted my money.

The chips are great, but since the company hasn't returned any of my phone calls or emails when I've tried to place an order, it implies the sample packs are just a scam to dump worthless overruns or irregulars on unsuspecting suckers.

Realized after the fact, you are the only company that charged to receive chip samples. Too expensive to order chips from you, and your quality is not any better than 2 other companies that sent me FREE samples and prices are cheaper. Will not be going with your company.

It's the day before my golf outing and I still have not received my order. When I originally placed the order it stated that I should have received them a day or two ago. Totally frustrated!

Really disappointed with the final results. The colors of all the chips look very pail and have no life. The edges are positioned correctly the overlap one an another and the definition of the logos is not clear .. Unfortunately I won't be able to use them for the activity I had planned or for selling in our store . I would really like for someone at ChipLab to give me a solution for this .
