Fine print appears a bit fuzzy. If in doubt, go bigger. Other than that, good product at a good price. There has been a churn in representatives and systems causing me to work with several different people on the same order, starting over with my explanations of what I want. Also, Chiplab lost my previous order and had to start my design over again when I tried to place a second order. Luckily I had the proofs from the first order so reconstruction was quick and easy. They said they lost it due to a system upgrade, hopefully, that won't happen often. Save your proofs and orders. Overall, I plan to make future purchases through Chiplab.

I like the composite chips,
I like the composite chips, but the clay chips are not smooth at the edges, but overall, the chips are nice and high quality. The print on it doesn’t bleed or show any signs of bad printing.

The printing is kind of tough to read - maybe could have been told not to use that font or colour for example. Overall pretty darn good though.

The finished product seems well done, the price and turnover time, in addition to the delivery speed are unbeatable. However, the black ink used in the printing process (shinny finish) doesn't quite match the black dye used on the chip's outer ring (matted finish), and it's just annoying to see under certain lighting conditions.

The chips are a nice weight etc but the design is just a sticker on the chip. It isn’t printed directly on the chip.

Chips are good. You can definitely tell the difference from the low end to high end chips. My only concern is that when I was taking the chips off the cardboard, some of the logos peeled away. Does that mean that they are going to wear quickly? Not something I want to hand out to customers.

Chips seem of pretty good quality, I wish the online design tool would have stricter guides on where to place things as I did a group of names around the other band and it was so small when printed you can't read them.
