Impressed with the quality and turnaround but the smaller text isn’t legible and I know that’s technically my fault but I couldn’t have known that it would print that way and whoever printed them should know from experience and should have checked with me. Thanks

This is my fourth order
This is my fourth order from chip lab and the product is always great. However it seems like everytime I order it takes longer for the product to arrive. On my first order the chips shipped same day, and I thought "If this is how they do business, I'm all in!" My third order took 2 weeks to arrive. My fourth order hasn't shipped and its been 6 business days. Maybe they are just victims of their own success.

I love the chips. There was an error when it came to centering them. Half came back off center from original submission. Not worth it to send back for redo.

Work completed quickly; excellent phone and email response) assistance. Some QA in the process may have identified that the finished product was not completely accurate to the design. Seems to lack a discerning human eye in the mix.

Someone called me to say they were out of the poker chip type I wanted. No biggie. But some of the print isn’t ledgible on the chip, so it sure would have been nice if he would have mentioned that when he called me.

The print was hard to read, but the worst part is that the "dashes" on the sides of the chips were only supposed to be 8 (2 per quarter) and it had more. I didn't approve this. There was meaning behind the 8 (2 per quarter).

Two of the chips were identical. They were also the poorest quality. The edges were extremely rough. The other 3 chips were Ok. They were pretty basic color schemes and designs.

The chips are great. The rating is less than 5 stars due to timeliness of the processing. A week after the scheduled shipping date, I had heard nothing from the company. When I texted to inquire about the status, I was told that they were behind schedule. Their first solution was to offer to cancel my order. After I declined this, I was given a new shipping date. When this date came, the chips were again not ready. At least this time, they called me to inform of the delay and request another day to complete the order. Once the chips finally arrived, I was happy with the quality. Bottom line: If you place an order, do it WELL in advance of your needed delivery date.

Beautiful chips, very well done. However, the website gave me a delivery date that was totally wrong. It was delivered three weeks after I expected it. It was a gift, and I was very disappointed in the poor delivery which arrived too late.

Little disappointed in how the text on the chip is a little faded. Would have liked to have that changed before having 150 of these made.

Two small problems. 1) the chips did not lay flat. Causing them not to stack in the carrying case nicely. If not going into a case, this is a non issue. 2) There are some indentations in the clay. Mark's on the edges. Less than 10 affected, but still a bummer. 3) otherwise they are cool and had the desired result
