My second purchase from ChipLab. The design interface is easy to use. It allowed me to make many changes without much trouble. When I finally settled on my custom design, ordering was a breeze. I must say, though, that the finished product was not as delightful as my previous experience. What I saw on my computer screen was not exactly what I got. The white lettering on the "shadow" background on the actual chip did not "pop" as it did on the screen. AND the lettering inside a "ribbon" on the reverse side came out so small as to be nearly unreadable. So, be careful when trying to add a lot of detail to your own designs to a chip. However, I did not ask ChipLab to do anything about it; these chips are acceptable, though not perfect. I see the results as a lesson learned. It is highly likely I will order from ChipLab again.

It would have been better
It would have been better for me if there was a price guide included. I'm interested in knowing what each piece costs depending on how many I order.

1 of them had peeling
1 of them had peeling around where the logo sticker was. Otherwise they looked great.

Looking at them, the direct
Looking at them, the direct print and the inlay appear to be the exact same thing. Are they both inlays and printed at different times? I ask because when I went to pull the inlay clay chip off the paper to look at it, the inlay came right off.

Gave me a good idea
Gave me a good idea of what to expect. The only problem is that when it showed up, one was missing and two had slid over onto other slots.

Almost perfect. Wish they could provide proof for free. The suggested font used for the currency number was too small and not very legible. Would not recommend this font. The print for all fonts could be sharper. Otherwise the chip is good. They do have the best clay chips.

Great work. Shipped fairly quickly. Only issue one side o the chip printed a little darker than I wanted, but other than that I’m satisfied

The design process online was very good. Recv’d the order when promised. Keep in mind the design is not aligned with the outside marks of the poker chip so if you want to actually use the chip for a ball maker on the green, you can’t use it to line up a putt very well. Would recommend a plain edge for a golf chip.

We put ALL IN centered several times all around poker chip - looked that way on the design, but when received it wasn't "centered" ALL IN was on the bottom by itself and the other ALL IN's were "slightly cramped on top portion
