I ordered a set of chips for a convention I was going to, but they were damaged while in transit and started to be returned back to Chiplab. I contacted support noting that I had a fixed date I was managing too and could they maybe expedite replacements? And - they came through! They got the replacement chips made in record time and delivered just before I had to fly out.
They were a hit at the convention (they looked great!) and I am grateful to the outstanding support I received. 100% will buy from again & fully recommend.
I was quite happy with how our chips turned out. They used the supplied images and maintained high quality. The clay option we selected exceeded expectations. As this was an R&D-type venture, we will be purchasing more chips with some modifications. The timeline from inception through design, production, and delivery was very fast.
The design was delivered on time with great color and definition. The images were very sharp and came across very well on the chip. Can't wait to submit the next order for our event, always in high demand.
The sample is great. Nice quality and vibrant colors. We had an issue with shipping and within a day the customer service team had fixed. Hope
To be ordering a larger order soon!
Purchased chips for golf tournament with buddies. Chip quality is perfect and imprint came out better than expected. Posted a photo on one side which looks awesome. Customization is simple.
Ordered chips with a custom photo and they turned out great. Online design process and ordering were straight forward and finished chips were delivered as stated.
Amazing results and fast service and shipping. They were a little darker than I’d hoped but I believe that was my fault for the design I chose in the pictures. I uploaded would definitely buy more when the time comes.
