Very nice chip

I have been doing business with Chiplab for 8 years and have been very happy with support, delivery, and especially the quality of their composite chips. This year I ordered the aluminum coins for a very special occasion and was disappointed with all aspects of the transaction. Customer support was hard to get. No one ever answered the phone or returned my phone calls. I did eventually get a few emails from a different part of the USA than where Chiplab is located, and she helped me work through some issues but it took an excessive amount of time to get things done. As a result of that, and production issues at the factory, the coins were delivered one day before they were to be given out. Therefore there was no time to address the quality issues I found with the coins. Some of the coins had dented/damaged edges. It looked as though they were dumped into a container. Some of the coins had damaged graphics. It looked as though the protective coating had been missed or there was an adhesion problem between the coin and the printing.

Double Pint Composite Poker Chips

Took a little long to receive them due to production back-up, but great quality and great price! Highly recommend.

Chips were as expected and good quality. Shipping took quite a bit over the estimated time frame at 17 days from order to arrival.

They are perfectly fine. I like the feel of the clay chips and these do the job. We use them as part of a handout at our annual golf tournament.

Great job!

Create Your Own Aluminum Poker Chips

OK quality. Durability could be better as some of the print on the coins is already peeling off.

Well done
